About the Holland Wave
Holland Wave Homeschool Basketball program is part of the Michigan Home School Sports Association (MHSSA).
This is an association of other homeschool basketball programs located within the state of Michigan that all have adopted and abide by certain age and eligibility requirements.
2024-2025 Teams
Boys 16U
Boys 14U
Boys 12U
Boys 10U
For the purpose of team placement, age is determined on August 1st.
Practices & Games
Practices will start in October or November, depending on the team. Typically practice facilities are in Holland or in Zeeland.
Regular season games usually start around the 1st of December and go through the second week of February.
The season culminates in a state tournament, usually the second weekend of February. Tournament games begin on Friday with semi-final games ending on Saturday.
The state championship final games for each gender and age division will then be played two weeks later, usually the first Saturday in March.
